SNP structural modelling tool

The resource provides the possibility to model the structure of mutate proteins involved in breast cancer starting from the SNPs annotation of the related gene. In particular, for each SNP which creates a missense in the coding protein, a pipeline aimed at modelling the mutate macromolecule is provided.
