TMARep is a tissue bank.

This site provides:
  • the possibility of inserting patient, samples and block data before storing paraffined or frozen tissues;
  • the possibility of making queries on all public information submitted into this database, with the aim of data and tissue sharing;
  • a RDBMS where you can store your own tma experiment data;
  • images warehouse to allow virtual pathology development.
