ITB since 2005. My work focuses on developing and optimizing proteomics protocols using innovative analytical platforms that integrate nano\/micro liquid chromatography systems with high-resolution, high-speed mass spectrometers. In recent years, I have specialized in clinical proteomics, applying high-throughput approaches and end-to-end pipelines, from experimental design to data interpretation using dedicated computational tools. My goal is to characterize the proteome in complex biological matrices, investigate molecular mechanisms underlying diseases and drug response, identify diagnostic, prognostic, and predictive biomarkers, and enable patient stratification based on proteomic profiles.
