The major goal of this project is to investigate how bioelectronic modulation of tumor innervation can inhibit tumor growth in breast cancer. Using single-cell and spatial transcriptomics, the study aims to map the interactions between nerves and tumor cells at high resolution, identifying novel strategies to control tumor progression and improve therapeutic outcomes.
