I am a Researcher with a strong background in molecular biology, immunology, and transcriptomics, driven by a passion for translational research. After earning my Master’s degree in Medical Biotechnology in 2021 from the University of Eastern Piedmont, I moved to Milan to join the Experimental Immunopathology Laboratory at Humanitas University as a PhD student. In 2025, I completed my PhD with a dissertation entitled “Dissecting the Heterogeneity and Plasticity of Neutrophils in Cancer,” where I investigated the phenotypic and functional dynamics of tumor-infiltrating neutrophils in a preclinical sarcoma model. My research combined experimental immunology with single-cell transcriptomics and computational analyses to better understand the complexity of the tumor microenvironment and identify mechanisms driving cancer progression. Following my PhD, I joined the Institute of Biomedical Technologies (CNR-ITB) in 2026 as a Research Fellow, where I am currently involved in the GE.CO.SA project, funded by Regione Puglia. My work focuses on the integration and analysis of clinical and biomedical data, combining information collected from monitoring devices with molecular profiling to investigate disease-related biomarkers and support translational research. experience integrates advanced experimental approaches with computational and data-driven analyses, allowing me to bridge wet-lab research and bioinformatics to address complex biological questions. This combination of experimental and computational expertise enables me to approach translational research with technical rigor and scientific curiosity.
