These activities led to the production of the following products: MitBASE, Human MitBase, KeyNet, MitoDrome, MitoRes, UTRminer, the LIBI Grid platform, Molecular Biodiversity Laboratory DB, HOCCLUS, HOCCLUS2, LP-HCLUS, ComiRNet, NonCode aReNA DB. She also collaborates with the CREA and University of Bari, at a study on the effects of table grapes on the expression of genes involved in the immune response and chronic inflammation. At CNR-ITB, she collaborates in a study on the effects of plant miRNAs on human gene expression (InterOmics Flagship Project).
